Well-tenured Tunisia national team regular, Khouloud Mefteh, has returned to her club roots, reaching a one-year agreement to play for Tunisian Women's Division I Basketball League team powerhouse, CS Sfaxien.

The move to join the 19-time and reigning league champions follows her two-year stay at rival Tunisian club ES Sahel, ahead of the upcoming 2025 Women's Basketball League Africa (WBLA) in December. The 6'2" played for CS Sfaxien back in 2014, where, although with limited opportunities, she was able to gain vital top-level experience competing in the FIBA Africa Cup for Women's Clubs (today known as the WBLA).

Mefteh last played for the Tunisian national team at the 2019 FIBA Women's Afrobasket, where she posted 2.7 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.

With a ten-year background competing for the national team (from 2009 to 2019), and having played at some of the highest levels of club basketball in Africa, Asia and in Europe, the center will provide some much-needed experience for Club Sportif Sfaxien, in the pursuit of the WBLA crown and defending their 2025 Tunisian Women's Division I Basketball League title.
