One year after signing with ASVEL, Ghanaian power forward Ben Bentil has officially agreed terms with Taiwan-based club Formosa Dreamers.

The move sends Bentil to the Taiwan Professional Basketball League (TPBL), opening a fresh chapter and his third professional stint in Asia. In Bentil, the Dreamers gain size, shooting touch, and playoff temperament for what seems an ambitious TPBL pursuit of this season's championship.

Earlier this season, the 30-year-old former Providence standout joined Mersin, posting 10.2 PPG, 3.3 RPG and 1.2 APG domestically in the Turkish BSL. Whilst there, he also averaged 6.0 points and 2.6 rebounds per game in the Basketball Champions League.

Drafted by Boston in 2016, the power forward enters his tenth professional season with extensive global experience.
His résumé spans NBA, G League, Europe, Israel, Italy, China, and Japan, highlighting durability, adaptation and travel excellence.

The 2022 Lega Basket Serie A (LBA) champion's Asian stops include stints with China's (CBA) Flying Tigers and Japan's Gunma Crane Thunders in the B.League.
